用existed

一般情况下，

occur强调的“发生”这个动作，例如：itoccursthat......

exist强调的“存在”这个状态，例如sthexist。

efficientmarkets是一个名词，是物，对其只有存在于不存在之分

而“发生”（occur）是对一件事情而言，比如Itneveroccurredtomethathemightbeintrouble.

我怎么也没有想到他会遇上麻烦。

当然occur也有其他用法，但是其最常用的用法就是上面说到的发生，这是其与exist最大的区别。

建议自己可以翻看一下occur和exist各自在字典中的解释和例句，看懂了例句，就能明确区分这两个的用法了~
